What you'll see

DinoPark is a themed amusement park organised into activity zones for children of different ages. It is registered as an amusement park and leisure centre, and that profile says everything about who should come: families with children, not visitors interested in heritage. For a parent spending two days in Chișinău, it is the solution for the stretch when museums stop working for the little ones.

The site is modern and, unlike many places in the city, designed throughout for accessibility — accessible parking, step-free entrance, accessible toilet. That detail matters if you are arriving with a pushchair or with a family member with reduced mobility.

Getting there

The address is 20 Calea Ieșilor Street, in the Buiucani district in the north-west of the city. From Ștefan cel Mare Boulevard it is about fifteen minutes by car or on the trolleybus heading to Buiucani. There is parking on site, including accessible spaces. Check the exact route on the map.

When to go

Hours are 11:00 to 21:00, all seven days of the week. The late opening and evening close make this an afternoon destination rather than a morning one. The busiest stretches are Saturday and Sunday between 15:00 and 19:00; if you want quiet, come during the week, just after opening. Since it stays open until 21:00, it also works well as an evening activity.

What to combine it with

In the same part of the city, a few minutes away, is the Grădina Publică „Alunelul” — the combination of amusement park plus urban park fills a whole afternoon without long journeys. If the day starts earlier, you can do the historic centre first and then move on to Buiucani.
