Pensiunea ”La gura cuptorului”
"La gura cuptorului" operates at Văleni, in the Cahul district, one of the villages on the edge of the Prutul de Jos reserve and Lake Beleu — wetland country, birds and fishing, entirely different from the rest of Moldova. The guesthouse combines accommodation with a farm component and its own restaurant, and the place is also registered as a tourist attraction. It has its own website for details. For anyone who wants to see the Prut delta at sunrise, it is far more practical to sleep in the village than to commute daily from Cahul, more than thirty kilometres away.
